Honorarium
The honorarium per concert event is $3,500 (includes applicable taxes), plus the coverage of necessary travel and accommodation expenses (see below).
Travel – Depending on the concert location, the God Rocks! team will either drive or fly.
Driving
If your venue is located 0-8 hours driving-distance away from the God Rocks! offices (located in Burlington, Ontario Canada) the team will drive to your venue. A surcharge to a maximum of $500 (includes applicable taxes) will apply.
Flying
If your venue is located more than 8 hours driving-distance away from the God Rocks! offices (located in Burlington, Ontario Canada) the sponsor will be asked to cover flight costs as following:
Accommodation
Minimum of one night’s hotel accommodation (family suite plus 3 rooms) is required for the God Rocks! team.
Please note: If the team is driving and your venue is located more than 5 hours away from our offices, the team requires two nights of accommodation.
Meal Provisions
The Sponsor is asked to provide a lunch/dinner meal (depending on the time of the concert) for the team at the event location. Additionally, bottled water and a healthy light snack should be provided after the event.
Merchandise Sales
A principal means of funding the God Rocks! Live Tour is through the sale of God Rocks! music, videos, books and ancillary items at the event. Sponsors will be contacted with information on assisting in setting up a suitable product area at the venue.

Insurance Requirements
Sponsors must agree to provide a Certificate of Insurance, listing “Chelsea Road Productions Inc./God Rocks!” as additional insured with respect to the named insurers operation/venue. Liability should not be less than $2,000,000.
